Safety Polices & Procedures

As part of our commitment to the health and safety of our salon guests as well as salon team members we have put together an extensive set of safety policies and procedures for day-to-day operations.

 

We are doing our best to create a pleasant and therapeutic atmosphere without sacrificing our high safety standards during this time.  That said, we understand that new covid-19 safety procedures will have an impact on your visit and they are carefully laid out below.

Client Experience

Before your appointment.      

Not feeling well? 

If you or anyone in your home have experienced any of the following symptoms with in the last 14 days please give us a call to reschedule your appointment: shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell.

Checking In      

To follow State and CDC guidelines, our waiting area is closed at this time. Therefore, please follow these easy steps to make the start of your appointment a breeze:

  1. When you arrive please remain in your vehicle and call or text to let us know you are here.   We will call or text you when your stylist is ready to begin your appointment.

  2. At our Salon entryway, we will take your temperature with an infrared touchless thermometer and give you the option to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands.

 

* Following the CDC guidelines, anyone with a temperature over 100 degrees or higher will not be allowed into the salon and will be asked to reschedule their service.

 

* Wearing a mask inside the salon is mandatory at all times. If you bring your own that is great! Just be sure it loops around the ears and note if you are receiving a color service, color me see your mask.

  1. No beverage service at this time. We are asking that you wear your masks for the entire duration of your visit.

  2.  Come alone-no friends, partners, children. If you aren't able to make other arrangements for your companions, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

  3. Please bring in only what you need, avoid extra large bags / purses, coats, etc.

During Your Service

  1. Our stylists are using every other station to maintain physical distance. Please help us to  maintain a 6ft distance between every guest and every team member.

  2. Retail area – feel free to look, but please let our team members help you pick the product off the shelves.

Check-Out

Please consider cashless and contactless. We are happy to accept your credit card payment via our online booking service or via our Square Terminal. No cash tips are being accepted at this time.

We are taking time between each and every guest to fully sanitize our stations and tools. All stylists are certified in the covid-19 specific practices for proper infection control, cleaning, and disinfecting. 

  1.  Each team member will be wearing a mask and a face shield at all times. 

  2. Team members are required to wash and sanitize their hands thoroughly and frequently throughout each service and in between each client. 

  3. Hand sanitizer will be available at each station for client and stylist use. 

  4. Clients are asked also to wash and sanitize their hands thoroughly at the beginning and end of their appointment. 

  5. All trash cans in the salon hands-free.

  6.  High-touch objects like magazines and Keurig machine have been removed from the salon entirely. Filtered water dispenser is strictly for staff use only and is being sanitized regularly.

Cancellation Policy

 

We want to give every guest the time and attention you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans.  If you need to cancel or change any service appointments, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.  If you forget or cancel your appointment without 48-hour notice please understand that this will result in a 100% charge for the service amount.  The cancellation fee and any service fee will be charged to your credit card on file.

Our salon booking and cancellation policy are intended to ensure that we have the opportunity to fill in the last-minute availability. We don't want to make any client on the wait list miss their chance to book an appointment and receive service.
