Safety Polices & Procedures
As part of our commitment to the health and safety of our salon guests as well as salon team members we have put together safety policies and procedures for day-to-day operations. We are doing our best to create a pleasant and therapeutic atmosphere without sacrificing our high safety standards.
We are taking time between each and every guest to fully sanitize our stations and tools.
Team members are required to wash and sanitize their hands thoroughly and frequently throughout each service and in between each client.
Hand sanitizer will be available at each station for client and stylist use.
All trash cans in the salon hands-free.
48HR Cancellation Policy
We want to give every guest the time and attention you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you need to cancel or change any service appointments, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. If you forget or cancel your appointment without 48-hour notice please understand that this will result in a 100% charge for the service amount. The cancellation fee and any service fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
Our salon booking and cancellation policy are intended to ensure that we have the opportunity to fill in the last-minute availability. We don't want to make any client on the wait list miss their chance to book an appointment and receive service.
